Glossy Pops Returns Policy
We hope your Glossy Pop is your everything!!! But if you receive a faulty or incorrect item then we’ll sort you out. You may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.
To speed up the process, your returned item must be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. All packaging must be intact; otherwise the item will not be considered a return.

We will get back to you with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions of how to return via our returns service
Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition
Re-package the package using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please insert any documentation we provide you with to help us identify the issue with your return
Request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the return package go missing. (Please note: Glossy Pops will not be liable for lost returns.)
Please allow up to 14 working days for action of your return.
Please note Glossy Pops will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees
