'Queen Bee' Beyoncé and Balmain creative director, Oliver Rousteing have announced a very special collaboration inspired by Bey’s epic performance at this year’s Coachella. As if we weren’t already on-board, they have also told officials that proceeds will go towards the United Negro College Fund on top of Beyoncé’s own donation of $100,000.

After transforming Coachella into Beychella and being the first black woman to headline the LA festival, her fierce performance outfits were inspired by marching band uniforms taken from historically black colleges in America. Being mixed race himself, Rousteing was immediately on board with the collaboration idea due to his own heritage and upbringing. He goes on to say-

It’s about history, working with a woman that’s going to be part of the history and has made her own revolution, not only in music, not only in fashion. She is an icon to an entire generation and so many more generations can follow the steps of Beyoncé and say, ‘You give us hope, you make us dream.’”

The six-piece collection features hoodies, sweatshirts and t-shirts in three colors (black yellow and pink), including an almost identical replica of what the singer wore on stage. No longer will we be envious of Bey’s killer style now that we can get our hands on it for ourselves! Our personal favorite, the pink hooded sweatshirt is guaranteed to make you feel like a boss babe any day of the week.

Items will be launched Friday 13th July in the Paris flagship store, then available online at and
